Pressure Washing

Hot-water, high-PSI cleaning for the hardest-working parts of your property. The sidewalks, courtyards, and drive lanes your tenants and guests see first.

  • Sidewalks and flatwork. Gum, grime, and foot-traffic film removed with rotary surface cleaners for an even finish, no wand stripes.
  • Parking areas and drive lanes. Full washdowns including ramps, stairwells, and curbing.
  • Loading docks and dumpster pads. Hot-water degreasing for oil, hydraulic fluid, and organic buildup.
  • Drive-thrus and fuel islands. Petroleum staining treated, captured, and disposed of properly.
  • Post-construction washdowns. Concrete splatter, mortar haze, and site grime cleared before turnover. Punch-list ready for the GC.

Service 02

Soft Washing

Charleston humidity feeds algae, mold, and mildew on every vertical surface in town. Soft washing kills the growth at the root with a low-pressure treatment. No damage to the surface, and the results last four to six times longer than pressure alone.

  • Building exteriors. Stucco, brick, fiber cement, and siding cleaned at pressures a garden hose could match. Safe on historic masonry and lime-based mortars.
  • Roofing systems. Black streaking and lichen removed from shingle, tile, and metal roofs without a single high-pressure pass.
  • Breezeways and stairwells. Multi-story HOA and apartment walkways brightened without flooding units.
  • Landscape protection. Plants pre-soaked, covered, and rinsed before, during, and after every wash.

Service 03

Window Cleaning

Glass is the first thing a customer or prospective tenant judges. We clean it with deionized pure-water systems that leave nothing behind. No spots, no streaks, no soap film attracting the next layer of pollen.

  • Pure-water pole systems. Exterior glass up to five stories cleaned from the ground, frames and sills included.
  • Storefront detail. Traditional squeegee work for ground-level retail and entrances, outside faces only.
  • Post-construction cleans. Stickers, paint overspray, and silicone removed without scratching new glass.
  • Recurring routes. Monthly and quarterly programs with consistent crews who know your property.
