How often should a commercial property in Charleston get washed?

Most retail and hospitality properties stay presentable on a quarterly exterior schedule with monthly storefront glass. Offices and HOAs often run twice a year. Humidity and pollen set the pace here, and shaded north faces usually need attention first.

Will pressure washing damage historic brick or stucco?

It can, which is why we don't do it. Historic masonry and lime mortar get soft washed at pressures a garden hose could match. High pressure is reserved for concrete and stone that can take it.

Can you work while my business is open?

We'd rather not, and you'd rather we didn't. Night and weekend crews are standard, so your tenants, guests, and customers never walk through a work zone.

Are you insured?

Yes. We're fully insured for commercial work, with a COI naming your entity issued before we mobilize. W-9s are handled without chasing.

What's included in a quote?

A line-item scope with the method listed per surface, the schedule, and the price we'll actually invoice. If site conditions change the scope, you approve it before we proceed.

Do you work as a subcontractor?

Often. General contractors bring us in for post-construction washdowns, maintenance companies sub us the exterior scopes they don't self-perform, and we can work under primes on government and municipal jobs. Send the scope sheet and site rules and we'll quote it straight.
