Sprawling live oak tree in the South Carolina Lowcountry

Born from the trades. Built for the Lowcountry.

Most exterior cleaning companies run residential routes and squeeze commercial jobs in between. We built Clear View the other way around. Commercial properties first, with the paperwork, scheduling, and stakes that come with them.

Our Story

Years on Charleston job sites taught us what matters.

Clear View grew out of commercial construction and property services around Charleston. Enough time on job sites to know exactly what separates a vendor a property manager tolerates from one they keep for a decade.

The Lowcountry is beautiful and brutal on buildings. Salt air corrodes. Humidity feeds algae. Pollen coats everything every spring, and hurricane season leaves its mark by October. Keeping a property presentable here isn't a once-a-year job. It's a discipline, and that discipline is what we sell.

We show up in uniform, in lettered trucks, with the insurance certificates already sent. We work when your tenants aren't there. And we photograph everything, because on commercial jobs, if it isn't documented, it didn't happen.

How We Operate

Four rules we don't break.

01

Method matches the surface. Always.

High pressure on old stucco destroys it. Soft wash on oil-stained concrete wastes your money. Every proposal spells out the method per surface, so you know exactly what's touching your building and why.

02

Your operations come first.

We schedule around checkouts, lease hours, and deliveries, not our own convenience. Night and weekend work is standard, not an upcharge conversation.

03

Compliance is non-negotiable.

We plan every wash around the site, from the landscaping to the storm drains. If a job can't be done responsibly, we'll tell you, then spec one that can.

04

The quote is the invoice.

Line-item proposals, honored as written. If site conditions truly change the scope, you approve the change before we proceed. Never after.
